Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather delays, customs processing, carrier issues, etc.).

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue

Pre-Order & Back-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together once the item is in stock. If you prefer separate shipments, please place separate orders.
